Polished Etiquette Image was launched not only to pass along knowledge and skills to clients and students in terms of training, workshops, and seminars in person or for groups but also to share parts of the puzzle of etiquette, manners, and faux pas in daily life. Some examples are easy to understand from experience and stories I have gathered through my experience, journals, books, and other sources, and the message is always beneficial to us and to anyone.

Nor Bahiyah Lasim is a Malaysian and a Permanent Resident of Brunei Darussalam. She attained the status of Certified Professional in Image & Styles at Australian Image Company, an international image and styles company based in Sydney, Australia. She trained under Sue Fox, President of Etiquette Survival and best-selling author of Etiquette for Dummies.In addition, she also underwent courses in etiquette and image development with a leading etiquette and image expert in Paris, France.
She holds a degree in Mass Communications from Mara University Of Technology(UiTM), Malaysia, and comes from a background of Public Relations and Human Resources in the corporate world.
